6. Din Mesajele Dvs. (KOSOVO): “Cuvant bun – La Betleem in noapte”
MESAJUL DUMNEAVOASTRA POATE ADUCE BUCURIE unei familii ortodoxe din enclavele Kosovo… iar unii dintre noi deja au facut acest lucru:

Troparia
Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us; for at a loss for any defence, we sinners offer this prayer unto Thee as Master: have mercy on us.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit: O Lord, have mercy on us, for in Thee have we put our trust. Do not be angry with us greatly, neither remember our iniquities; but look upon us now as Thou art compassionate, and deliver us from our enemies, for Thou art our God, and we, Thy people; we are all the works of Thy hands, and we call upon Thy name.

Prayer 1
O Eternal God and King of all creation, Who hast granted me to reach this hour: forgive the sins I have committed this day in deed, word, and thought; and cleanse, O Lord, my humble soul of all impurity of flesh and spirit, and grant me, O Lord, to pass the sleep of this night in peace; that, rising from my lowly bed, I may please Thy most holy name all the days of my life, and thwart the enemies, fleshly and bodiless, that war against me. And deliver me, O Lord, from vain thoughts and evil desires which defile me. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory: of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Prayer 2
O Ruler of all, Word of the Father, O Jesus Christ, Thou Who are perfect: For the sake of the plenitude of Thy mercy, never depart from me, but always remain in me, Thy servant. O Jesus, Good Shepherd of Thy sheep, deliver me not over to the sedition of the serpent, and leave me not to the will of Satan, for the seed of corruption is in me. But do Thou, O Lord, Who is worshipped God, holy King, Jesus Christ, guard me as I sleep by the Unwaning Light, Thy Holy Spirit, by Whom Thou didst sanctify Thy disciples. O Lord, grant me, Thine unworthy servant, Thy salvation upon my bed. Enlighten my mind with the light of understanding of Thy Holy Gospel; my soul, with the love of Thy Cross; my heart, with the purity of Thy word; my body, with Thy passionless Passion. Prayer 3
O Lord our God, as Thou art good and the Lover of mankind, forgive me wherein I have sinned today in word, deed and thought. Grant me peaceful and undisturbed sleep; send Thy guardian angel to protect and keep me from all evil. For Thou art the Guardian of our souls and bodies, and unto Thee do we send up glory: to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Prayer 4
O Lord our God, in Whom we believe and Whose Name we invoke above every name, grant us, as we go to sleep, relaxation of soul and body, and keep us from all fantasies and dark pleasures; stop the onslaught of the passions and quench the burnings that arise in the flesh. Grant us to live chastely in deed and word, that we may obtain a virtuous life, and not fall away from Thy promised blessings; for blessed art Thou forever. Amen.
Prayer 5
O Lord, deprive me not of Thy heavenly good things. O Lord, deliver me from eternal torments. O Lord, if I have sinned in mind or thought, in word or deed, forgive me. O Lord, deliver me from all ignorance, forgetfulness, faint-heartedness, and stony insensibility. O Lord, deliver me from every temptation. O Lord, enlighten my heart which evil desire hath darkened. O Lord, as a man I have sinned, but do Thou, as the compassionate God, have mercy on me, seeing the infirmity of my soul. O Lord, send Thy grace to my aid, that I may glorify Thy holy name. O Lord Jesus Christ, inscribe me Thy servant in the Book of Life, and grant me a good end. O Lord my God, even though I have done nothing good in Thy sight, yet grant me by Thy grace to make a good beginning. O Lord, sprinkle into my heart the dew of Thy grace. O Lord, accept me in repentance. O Lord, forsake me not. O Lord, lead me not into temptation. O Lord, grant me good thoughts. O Lord, grant me tears, remembrance of death, and compunction. O Lord, grant me the thought of confessing my sins. O Lord, grant me humility, chastity, and obedience. O Lord, grant me patience, courage, and meekness. Prayer to the Theotokos
O good Mother of the Good King, most pure and blessed Theotokos Mary, do thou pour out the mercy of thy Son and our God upon my passionate soul, and by Thine intercessions guide me unto good works, that I may pass the remaining time of my life without blemish, and attain paradise through thee, O Virgin Theotokos, who alone art pure and blessed.
Prayer to the Guardian Angel
O Angel of Christ, my holy guardian and protector of my soul and body, forgive me for all the sins I have committed this day. Deliver me from all the evil of my militant Enemy, that I may not anger my God by any sin. Pray for me, a sinful and unworthy servant, that you may show me worthy of the goodness and mercy of the All-holy Trinity, and of the Mother of my Lord Jesus Christ, and all the saints. Amen.
O Theotokos and Virgin, rejoice, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, for thou hast borne the Saviour of our souls.
Kissing your cross and making the sign of the Cross, say: Guard me, O Lord, by the power of Thy holy and life-giving Cross, and keep me from all evil.
Prayer to the Venerable Cross
Let God arise, and let His enemies be scattered; and let those who hate Him flee from His face. As smoke vanishes, let them vanish; and as wax melts from the presence of fire, so let the demons perish from the presence of those who love God and who sign themselves with the Sign of the Cross and say with gladness: Hail, most precious and life-giving Cross of the Lord, for Thou drivest away the demons by the power of our Lord Jesus Christ Who was crucified on thee, went down to hell and trampled on the power of the devil, and gave us thee, His honourable Cross, for driving away all enemies. O most precious and life-giving Cross of the Lord, help me with our holy Lady, the Virgin Theotokos, and with all the Saints throughout the ages. Amen.

REAMINTIM (dati informatii despre program si altora!):
"Vreau ca oamenii sa cunoasca realitatea de fiecare zi a copiilor din Kosovo, care merg la scoala sub escorta armata", spunea PS Irinej Episcop al Bisericii Ortodoxe Sarbe In SUA (In urma cu 2 zile – 26 noiembrie 2008), adaugand: "Noi trebuie sa fim ca o raza de speranta pentru acei copii…"
Lacasuri Ortodoxe a luat deci, initiativa acestui program – „Cuvant bun – Impreuna spre Betleem" – lansand o invitatie catre toti cei ce doresc sa-si sporeasca fapta buna In acest post:
Va rugam sa ne ajutati In transmiterea unui mesaj de sustinere frateasca, In spiritul dreptatii, pacii si securitatii, odata cu Sfanta Nastere din Betleem. Suntem siguri ca renuntarea la speranta trebuie sa fie Inlocuita de gasirea unor mijloace non-violente de proclamare a drepturilor, pentru un viitor pasnic si echitabil.
Daca ne ajutati, vom putea trimite cat mai multe mesaje de Incurajare scrise, rugaciuni (sa nu uitam ca multe dintre cartile bisericesti au fost distruse odata cu cladirile) si „o vorba buna" asa cum simtim noi, familiilor care traiesc In enclavele izolate din Kosovo.
Persoanele fizice (si vom Incerca sa le clasificam pe trei grupe de varsta, pentru ca mesajele sa ajunga exact la cei ce se pot bucura de ele), alti administratori de site-uri, unitatile de invatamant (unde profesorii sau elevii pot aduna astfel de mesaje), comunitatile, bisericile, organizatiile si partenerii din Intreaga lume sunt invitati sa ne ajute in promovarea actiunii si sa trimita cat mai multe mesaje catre Lacasuri Ortodoxe, pentru Craciunul din 2008, pe urmatoarele cai:
– e-mail: cuvantbun@lacasuriortodoxe.ro (In cazul In care alegeti sa nu fie publicate pe site, ci doar trimise),
– ca si comentariu, dand click aici, sau in josul acestui articol (apoi, mesajul va aparea postat imediat in rubrica de comentarii, pe site, de unde noi il vom prelua)
– sau prin fax 021.352.85.62 (fiind o varianta mai la Indemana decat posta, ramas in permanenta pe autoresponder).
Apoi, rugaciunile vor fi trimise si tiparite (dupa caz) ca mesaje personale, catre familii sau chiar ca materiale didactice (catre scoli), prin asociatiile Bisericii Ortodoxe din Serbia sau prin alte programe, In perioada 25 decembrie 2008 (stil nou) – 7 ianuarie 2009 (stil vechi), deci trebuie sa ne grabim putin. Mesajele ar putea include, de asemenea, sugestii pentru diferite actiuni non-violente. Este obligatoriu sa semnati mesajul folosind numele dumneavoastra sau orice alt mijloc de identificare atat pentru veridicitatea mesajului cat si pentru identificare in cazul unui raspuns ce poate veni din partea familiilor sarbe.
Transmiterea unei rugaciuni, asa cum o simtiti Dvs., sau a unui mesaj prin e-mail, este o modalitate eficienta de comunicare cu mai multe persoane care asteapta de mult timp mesajul dumneavoastra de speranta. Este o mare bucurie pentru oamenii din aceste enclave sa primeasca astfel de mesaje personale si rugaciuni din afara regiunii In care vietuiesc, semne de Incurajare si de speranta, mai ales In perioada Craciunului, pentru a-i ajuta sa iasa din "izolarea In care se afla".
Desi engleza ar fi limba preferata, cei pentru care aceasta nu e este chiar o limba la Indemana, pot scrie In limba romana.
In cazul in care cineva dintre vizitatorii Lacasuri Ortodoxe se ofera sa dea o mana de ajutor la traducerea mesajelor in limba engleza sau sarba (pe care le gaseste in rubrica de comentarii), o poate face, trimitandu-ne varianta de traducere (eventual sumara, ca rezumat) pe adresa mail: translate@lacasuriortodoxe.ro .
Multumim tuturor si ne dorim ca totul sa fie facut „In numele Tatalui, al Fiului si al Sfantului Duh!"
Proiectul este initiat de Lacasuri Ortodoxe si se va derula sub binecuvantarea Pr. Protos. Staret Iov (Manastirea Halmyris, Murighiol-Tulcea). Ca imn" al acestei actiuni, Lacasuri Ortodoxe a primit, prin subscrierea la proiect din start a Pr. profesor Constantin Dragusin, o compozitie proprie a Sfintiei Sale, incantatoare, ce poarta exact numele proiectului – "La Betleem in noapte" – in interpretarea coralei Nicolae Lungu, a carui dirijor este, in cadrul Patriarhiei Romane (imnul insoteste acest mesaj).
